Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President and Executive team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the President and Executive team members, including calendar management, correspondence, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Board of Directors Support: Coordinate all Board of Director activities, including meeting venue selection, pre-read, agenda, and Board packet materials, completion and distribution of detailed meeting minutes.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and reservations for Executive leaders as needed, and process travel and expense reimbursements.
  • General Office Tasks: Conduct general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, distributing mail, scanning, copying, compiling, and electronic filing.
