Job Title: Account Executive - Workday Implementation Sales

Join a dynamic team at Mercer, a leading global consulting firm, as an Account Executive - Workday Implementation Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales of Workday implementation services within a given region/territory/vertical.

About the Role:
  • Align with Workday Account Executives to effectively communicate Mercer's unique go-to-market strategy, differentiate Mercer from competitors, and identify opportunities where Mercer is best positioned to engage and win new business.
  • Partner with internal Client Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals, and consulting staff to generate new leads for the purpose of generating qualified 'sourced' opportunities in which you will drive all pre-sales activities.
  • Develop HCM and Financials implementation strategies for customers and prospects, including project delivery strategy, implementation support, and managed support solutions.
  • Demonstrate relevant thought leadership, overall strategic direction, and achieve sales and practice profitability targets.
  • Cross-sell with traditional consulting services and solutions.
About You:
  • 4+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, ideally with Workday.
  • 3+ years' experience selling professional services/consulting services.
  • Ability to articulate a broader value proposition that includes the full scope of Workday, HR & Finance Transformation, Change Management, and other advanced services and/or technologies.
  • Ability to work within a matrixed environment, working across lines of business, client managers, and key consultants.
  • Experience in driving strategic sales strategies designed for the C-suite level.
