About the Role

This is a remote-based opportunity that offers a commission-based incentive plan with a compensation range of $84,800 - $111,300 which will be based on the candidates qualifications, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop New Prospects: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of products and services.
  • Interact with Existing Customers: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate Prices and Terms: Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and service agreements with customers.
  • Set Account and Territory Plans: Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Related Experience: Requires at least 1 year related experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Product Knowledge: Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
