Job Title: Territory Manager

Job Summary:

Mingledorff's Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining a sales organization of dealers/contractors who produce profitable sales to meet or exceed the assigned objectives for a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers/contractors, utility companies, and builder partners to promote the sales of Company products and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer files, monitor parts inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and services to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning, and attend training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in HVAC/R or Refrigeration sales, preferably with a technical school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
