Cardiovascular Territory Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiovascular Territory Growth Specialist to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Savannah territory by promoting and selling our Impella product line to established customers, identifying new customers, and leading the efforts in activating new centers.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite, as well as experience leading and motivating teams to successfully achieve quotas. You should have a proven knowledge of interventional cardiology and direct patient support experience. Availability for emergent patient care and ability to drive patient outcomes are also essential.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling our Impella product line to established customers
- Identifying new customers and leading the efforts in activating new centers
- Creating account/territory business plans and building programs
- Exceeding sales for assigned territory
- Initiating Impella development activities focused on increasing awareness in the market
- Leading clinical teams whose expertise help drive Impella adoption in assigned territory
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with 2 years experience in cardiovascular medical device sales preferred
- A proven track record of selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite
- A proven track record in leading and motivating teams to successfully achieve quotas
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology
- Direct patient support experience
- Availability for emergent patient care
- Ability to drive patient outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
