Senior Sales Manager

Management Recruiters International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the stormwater and wastewater market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets and growth expectations.
- Attend and present at industry conferences and seminars.
- Make regular presentations, including lunch and learns and webinars, to showcase products.
- Arrange escorted plant and site visits to influence key decision makers.
- Track and monitor project progress from initial inquiry through delivery and installation.
- Obtain project plans and requirements from customers to develop proposals and pricing.
- Present proposals, specifications, drawings, budgetary pricing, and bid pricing to customers.
- Work closely with sales team members when bidding projects or securing contracts with general contractors.
Requirements:
- Four or more years of professional selling experience in the water sector and/or construction industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of stormwater and wastewater regulations and drivers in the territory.
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred, or a minimum of four years' experience as a sales engineer serving the water sector or construction industry.
