Your Role at Sephora: As a Retail Sales and Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our clients. You will lead a committed team of Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors, providing the necessary support and direction to help them thrive in their positions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing Sales and Service Standards: Ensure the execution of sales and service standards that align with Sephora's expectations.
  • Coaching and Supporting Team Members: Provide coaching and support to team members in sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Driving Client Engagement: Implement our client service model and sales strategies to enhance customer interaction.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Uphold compliance with store policies, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
  • Fostering Client Loyalty: Promote client loyalty initiatives and services, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous leadership experience in retail sales or service environments.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities within the store.
  • Flexible availability for peak retail hours.
  • Reliable attendance record.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
