The Supervisor assists the Store Manager in various business functions and, as directed by their Retailer; as the second-in-command, the Supervisor will assume managerial responsibilities to enhance customer satisfaction, staff engagement, operational excellence, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
Required:
1-3 years of experience in managing or supervising a retail environment.
Exceptional listening and communication abilities.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Proficient customer service, supervisory, and sales skills.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred:
Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
Aptitude for developing and training staff through positive coaching.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and adaptable to other systems.
Basic HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
