KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Excellence: Understand and align with organizational goals, demonstrating ownership of personal performance metrics while developing effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Tapestry through personal presentation and product knowledge.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly to optimize business performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless shopping experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in using retail technology and systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting and carrying merchandise.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
