Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Sales and Service Strategies: Ensure the execution of sales and service strategies that align with Sephora's high standards.
  • Coaching and Supporting Team Members: Provide coaching and support to team members in sales, service, and operational tasks.
  • Executing Client Engagement and Sales: Implement our client engagement model and sales tactics to enhance customer interaction.
  • Maintaining Compliance with Standards: Uphold compliance with store policies, fostering a professional atmosphere.
  • Enhancing Client Loyalty: Promote client loyalty initiatives and services, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail sales or service environments.
  • Strong commitment to client service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities within the store.
  • Flexible availability for peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
