About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Account Executive to join our New York team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping emerging and established ecommerce businesses understand the power of personalization to improve shopper experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help Epsilon deliver on our company-wide goal of growing our Mid-Market presence
  • Deliver quarterly revenue numbers based on closing new contracts for Mid-Market
  • Grow and maintain a healthy pipeline including self-sourced opportunities
  • Identify and uncover personalization needs based on the ecommerce opportunities and unique to each prospect
  • Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
  • Effectively manage the sales process ensuring that prospects are educated and engaged, and you have earned their trust
  • Maintaining an understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and partners
Requirements
  • 4+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of MarTech and personalization tools
  • Experience selling Software as a Service with multi-year contracts
  • Experience selling to clients in the mid-market space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, plus commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, career advancement opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
