As a Sales Development Representative at N.F. Smith & Associates, L.P., you will be responsible for developing business opportunities through research and cold calling to sell semiconductors across various industries. Your goal will be to generate individual leads without territory restrictions, utilizing lead generation tools such as CRM, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare purchase orders to work with the purchasing team for component sourcing at competitive pricing according to RFQs
  • Revitalize dormant accounts by promoting excess inventory at special pricing
  • Maintain relationships with customers to further business opportunities
  • Remain in contact with the operations team to update customers regarding inspection processes and part statuses

Requirements
  • Experience within the semiconductor industry or related fields is highly preferred
  • Ability to connect and build relationships through fully inside sales
  • Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and ability to manage proprietary data
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail to manage a self-made portfolio of customers

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in international trade, business administration, marketing, or related field
