Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a solid track record in traditional project management methodologies, who can handle medium-sized projects and has experience in vendor management.


Core Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management:
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Team Leadership:
Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration and open communication.

Stakeholder Management:
Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure project success, managing expectations and resolving issues effectively.

Risk and Issue Management:
Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and implementing corrective actions.

Budget and Resource Management:
Managing project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

Technical Expertise:
Possessing a foundational understanding of the technical aspects of projects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Specific Duties:
Creating project charters and plans, estimating project resources and timelines, managing project budgets and finances, developing and executing change management strategies, overseeing vendor selection and implementation, reporting project progress and status, adapting to various project methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8-10 years of experience in project management, proficiency in Waterfall Methodologies.
