Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM and case management software is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of data management and computer skills.
Experience in sales or customer service is highly regarded.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy are essential.
Compensation:
$20 - $28 hourly
