Job OverviewAre you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at SERVPRO of Berrien County. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal job files, prepare estimates, and coordinate crew and job scheduling
  • Perform basic accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, bookkeeping, and payroll
  • Assist in employment recruiting activities and office administrative duties
  • Provide detailed and accurate data entry and assist other departments as needed

Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience
  • Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling is a plus
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Minimum of HSD/GED and ability to successfully complete a background check
