About the Role:

The Monitoring and Training Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of all Kinexus Group service delivery. This includes identifying areas of strength and weakness in service operations and enhancing staff understanding via training development, ultimately minimizing risk and reducing organizational liability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations.
  2. Create and execute learning strategies and programs to improve staff knowledge and skills.
  3. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs based on monitoring results and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training programs to enhance staff capabilities.
  5. Assist operational leaders in developing their team members as it relates to grant and policy compliance.
  6. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  7. Collaborate with the Director of Risk Management to develop all programmatic trainings.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human services, pre-law, or accounting, or the equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
  2. Workforce development and/or quality assurance experience.
  3. Prior experience in project management.
  4. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  5. Detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  7. Effective presentation skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Research, evaluation, statistical preparation, and program compliance. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
