Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Paragon, an embedded integration platform for SaaS apps. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring seamless integration experiences for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and has a passion for debugging and problem-solving. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with Engineering, Success, and Product to replicate and resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities- Triage, diagnose, and replicate complex technical issues reported by customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical challenges, guiding them through troubleshooting and resolution processes.
- Partner with the Engineering team to identify, prioritize, and resolve software bugs and system issues.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers through clear communication and timely solutions.
