Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
This position is part of a dynamic team at OSTechnical, located in the vibrant Silicon Beach area. As an End User Support professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to approximately 200 end users across Los Angeles and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure smooth operations and excellent user experience.
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on technology usage and best practices.
• Offer general support to end users, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Manage IT hardware, software, licenses, and inventory.
• Coordinate technical aspects of physical and remote meetings, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, phones, printers, and AV systems.
• Collaborate with staff to implement technology migrations and train on existing systems and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in desktop and server operating systems (Windows and Mac OS).
• Application support experience in Outlook and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of computer networking.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and expertise are valued.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location. OSTechnical offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
