About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at EcoFlow Inc. in LA.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Your primary goal will be to resolve complex technical issues related to our products, providing clear explanations and effective solutions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product training and installation training;
  • Offer on-site technical service solutions for ToC users and ToB customers;
  • Participate in trade shows and technical exchanges.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in installation work or electrician work in USA;
  • Familiarity with market electrical products and their installation;
  • Familiarity with RV products, with outdoor enthusiasts preferred;
  • An Electrician Certificate and good understanding of USA's installation policies;
  • An Education requirement: Bachelor degree;
  • A Major in Electrical and Electronics, Battery, IT, IOT, or related fields.
