Job Description

This Technical Support Analyst role is a fantastic opportunity to join Internova Travel Group, the largest travel agency company in the US. As a member of our team, you will provide technical expertise and support for hardware, software, and operating systems across our network.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year(s) experience supporting end user computing technical service support in a business environment. Familiarity with ITSM tools and hands-on experience with IT system implementation and troubleshooting support for core Microsoft technologies are essential. Mac OS support is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for first line Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, utilizing remote control software to troubleshoot and fix user problems. You will also image, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers, as well as perform system administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 user management.

The salary range for this position is estimated at $33,500 - $69,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
