Job Summary:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. As a PC Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Install, modify, and repair personal computer hardware and software systems, as well as peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and printers.
  • Network Performance Monitoring: Identify and resolve network performance issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • User Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to users on effective system usage, creating user documentation and developing training materials as needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Trade School Diploma or Equivalent: Completion of a trade school program or equivalent external training in computer repair.
  • Technical Certifications: A+ Certification in personal computer maintenance and repair, as well as Microsoft Systems Certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $28.22-$39.42 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
