Technical Support Specialist

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals in the field of enterprise IT support.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing top-notch technical assistance to clients across various industries and sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PC and Mac environments, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A successful Technical Support Specialist at Milestone Technologies will have extensive experience in supporting PCs and Windows OS in commercial or enterprise environments, including resolving registry conflicts, troubleshooting system crashes and performance issues, and managing secure network access problems involving digital certificate authentication and client remote access services.
You will also work closely with other technicians to optimize and improve support processes, leveraging your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of fault domain isolation, root-cause analysis, and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook client (Windows & Mac) and Outlook Web Access. Experience in supporting iOS and Android devices, video collaboration tools like Zoom and WebEx, and Active Directory administration is highly desirable.
In addition to your technical expertise, you should be able to attend and participate in weekly team syncs, driving actionable discussions and seeking feedback from colleagues to continuously improve support.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
