Position Overview: Device Solutions Inc is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the successful implementation of projects while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, utilizing our team's strengths to promote effective collaboration and deliver solutions that align with project goals while monitoring all execution metrics (including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment & mitigation, change management, and project-level communications).
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and nurture client relationships to guarantee a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This involves maintaining positive, professional interactions with clients through regular communication to understand their needs, proactively address concerns, and identify opportunities for enhancement in products or processes.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to determine and allocate suitable resources for each project, track, identify, and mitigate issues related to project progress, and ensure project quality.
· Provide timely project updates to all relevant stakeholders (including, but not limited to, conducting kickoff and status meetings, preparing weekly status reports, and documenting any requested or required changes to project scope, timeline, or budget).
· Monitor and manage the project's scope, timeline, and budget, identifying potential variances and working with stakeholders to clarify expectations and resolve issues through a mitigation plan.
· Create and maintain project documentation to effectively capture client needs and manage expectations through the initial Statement of Work and subsequent Change Orders.
· Engage with third-party partners and vendors to facilitate seamless project operations that meet project scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
· Review and approve project deliverables and associated acceptance documents as outlined in the Statement of Work or subsequent project Change Orders.
- Collaborate with the management team to address challenges and refine processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.

Education / Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
· 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of projects.
· Experience with government contracts is preferred.
