As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring financial stability and fostering growth within the organization. Reporting to the Treasury Head, your daily tasks will encompass managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring meticulous allocation of resources.

Your role will involve utilizing technology and innovative strategies to enhance the global Treasury function, collaborating with teams across various regions.

Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will engage closely with departments such as Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and Legal, ensuring top-tier support for all stakeholders.

Your analytical skills will guide complex financial decisions, your inquisitiveness will inspire innovation in financial practices, your independence will enable you to lead projects, and your attention to detail will foster a transparent environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily cash management and funding, facilitating intercompany settlements and payments, addressing potential funding shortfalls, and managing external interest and fee payments.

- Collaborate with key global banking partners to manage bank account operations, strategically assess and enhance products and services associated with accounts.

- Support Corporate Card administration and management for employees and banking partners.

- Assist in developing an efficient global cash and banking structure to optimize cash flow and ensure adequate funding for all entities.

- Document details of investments including money markets, repos, time deposits, and derivatives such as interest rate swaps and foreign exchange forwards and swaps.

- Develop and document processes, procedures, and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports on cash, risk metrics, accounting, and debt utilization.

- Assist with system and bank portal requests, including user access, reporting, system configuration, internal support, and control performance.

- Support strategic planning for Bank Requests for Proposals, insurance renewals, and group financing.

- Contribute to ongoing improvements and optimization of the Treasury systems landscape, including integrations with other financial systems.


Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.

- Expertise in cash positioning and funding within an international multi-currency Treasury environment.

- Ability to produce clear, comprehensive, and efficient standard operating procedures and controls.

- Proficiency in using Treasury systems (Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury).

- Experience in processing payments accurately and promptly.

- Demonstrated success in managing ad-hoc projects related to Finance and Treasury.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members at all organizational levels.

- A commitment to continuously enhancing the performance and profile of the Treasury team.

- Relevant accounting certification (CPA, CMA) and/or a Treasury qualification (CTP).


Compensation:
- The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000.

Salary offers are determined by various factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Market and organizational factors are also taken into account. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered, and successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
