As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in strategic financial planning and budget management. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that the financial activities align with the organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of budgetary control totals and allotments based on legislative appropriations.
2. Provide strategic financial guidance to internal stakeholders regarding budget requests and fiscal documentation.
