Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve assigned sales objectives
- Conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers
- Work with facility decision makers to ensure approved usage of products
- Manage inventory and sample control processes
- Stay current with company communications through the use of technology
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including customer interactions and expense management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated track record of sales performance
- Clear understanding of med tech sales, territory management, and customer relationship management
- Experience calling on hospital and ambulatory surgery centers
- Experience working in a challenging reimbursement environment
- Able to travel up to 75%
