Job Summary:

The Territory Manager at VESTIS is responsible for leading a team of Route Sales Representatives in a designated service territory. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach Route Sales Representatives to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer accounts and increase revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of customer service programs and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to review growth and service opportunities.
  • Lead by example and set clear expectations for customer service and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Two years of service and route-based industry experience with a proven track record of growing customer accounts.
  • Previous profit and loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
  • Significant customer interface and service experience.

Working Environment:

The Territory Manager will spend the majority of their time driving a company vehicle or step-van to call on customers and supervise employees in the assigned service territory. They will be exposed to various weather conditions and may need to walk, climb stairs, or lift up to 50 pounds.
