Job Summary

Triumph Protection Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Agent to provide exceptional protection services to Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control access to the hospital site through the admittance process
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security threats
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Protect evidence and scenes of incidents
  • Escorts persons and assists medical personnel as needed
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property to prevent unauthorized access
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity and contact law enforcement as necessary
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Security Guard Training Certification (preferred)
  • Previous medical or hospital experience (a plus)
  • Ability to obtain a CA guard card (Triumph can assist with certification)
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
  • Authoritative verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate must be physically able to patrol the premises, access areas quickly, and capture and detain individuals if necessary. Prolonged periods of sitting and monitoring surveillance equipment are also required.
