Position Overview:
In collaboration with the Finance Director, you will engage with Brand Marketing Managers and Commercial Finance teams to conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including:

  • Evaluating Monthly Brand Standard Margins across various channels and markets.
  • Overseeing month-end A&P accounting reconciliations through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Generating Product Profitability Reports and other essential monthly financial documents.
  • Playing a pivotal role in the preparation of monthly SG&A forecasts, particularly concerning A&P.
  • Assisting in Customer Profitability Analysis for new business prospects and ongoing evaluations of major clients.
  • Supporting Investment Payback Analysis (ROI, years of payback, etc.).
  • Contributing to the creation of management presentations for results reporting, Annual Operating Plans, and Strategic Plans.
  • Assisting in the development and integration of Key Financial Systems for enhanced reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Finance Director in acting as a financial business partner for the Brand and Channel Marketing teams. This includes performing financial analyses, maintaining accurate bookkeeping, and ensuring profitability with key accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analyses using Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX.
  • Experience in preparing management reporting packages with a focus on analytical insights.
  • Proficient in collaborating within a team environment and engaging with various organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Strong communication and influence skills.
  • Preferred proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Business Objects/Warehouse.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $74,000 annually. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
