Job Overview

NPC Global, a leading distribution company, is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Team Management
    • Lead and motivate the procurement team to achieve their goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supplier Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to meet our business needs.
    • Negotiate and manage supplier agreements to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Procurement Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve our procurement processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our procurement team.
  • Business Requirements
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and requirements.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our procurement activities align with our overall business strategy.
