Position Overview:

Compensation:
$80k+

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Year-to-Date (YTD) analysis of General Ledger accounts.
2. Prepare and post a variety of journal entries.
3. Investigate and rectify discrepancies in accounts.
4. Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts.
5. Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts alongside bank statements.
6. Maintain the chart of accounts for the general ledger.
7. Assist in evaluating internal controls.
8. Post monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals to the General Ledger.
9. Aid in the preparation of Financial Statements.
10. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
11. Facilitate financial and operational audits.
12. Maintain documentation and files in compliance with company policies and GAAP.
13. Assist with various projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical accounting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- CPA/CA certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or any large ERP system.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros.

This role is a critical addition to our team, and we are looking for a candidate who can contribute effectively to our financial operations.
