Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Nelson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the specified geographical region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

What We Offer:

Nelson offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000, plus commission. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
