Audubon Companies is currently seeking a skilled Business Development Manager located in California to join their team. This role is completely remote and can be done from anywhere in California. As the Business Development Manager, your main focus will be on the West Coast region, handling all business development activities for various industry sectors in which Audubon Companies offer services.
- Manage domestic proposals, initiatives, and contracts.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Implement effective business development procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead all domestic opportunities, proposals, and contract pursuits.
- Identify and secure project prospects and contracts.
- Understand engineering project evolution and contract structures.
- Represent Audubon Companies at Industry Meetings and Social Functions.
- Support Project Managers in Proposal Preparation and Salesforce management.
- Develop business strategies, sales, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain Professional Society Memberships.
- Knowledgeable about technical professional selling processes.
- Analyze sales opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborate with other Audubon business development professionals.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business or Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the energy industry.
- Minimum 5 years of business development for EPC firms (preferred).
- Strong presentation skills and goal-oriented mindset.
