Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the timely and precise preparation of financial reports, adhering to GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting principles.

2. Play a vital role in the budgeting and forecasting processes by supplying historical financial data and insights into anticipated financial trends.

3. Lead and develop a team of corporate accountants, offering mentorship, constructive feedback, and promoting professional growth.

4. Manage the month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all reconciliations and journal entries are executed accurately and punctually.

5. Enhance internal control measures and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, identifying and remedying any control deficiencies as necessary.

6. Provide expert advice on intricate technical accounting issues, ensuring uniform interpretation and application of accounting standards throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the financial strategy of the organization.
