Job Title: Office Administrator for CPA Firm

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KGC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the organization and coordination of office administration and procedures, including controlling correspondence and supervising office staff.
  • Design and implement filing systems and delegate and monitor various tasks.
  • Inform clients of project status and make information requests.
  • Meet with clients to present deliverables and collect payment.
  • Provide administrative support, including attending and taking notes at meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining executive calendars.
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients.
  • Resolve client concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative and customer services roles.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to go the extra mile.
  • Exhibit a professional image in a busy office environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain security, integrity, and confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite and willingness to learn industry-specific CRM software.
