Job DescriptionSummary

The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This individual will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Process and reconcile accounting documents, prepare disbursements, and maintain records
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other executives as needed
  • Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Analyze and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
