The Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a Search Marketing Strategist to enhance our team.

The Search Marketing Strategist will oversee both paid and organic initiatives through various search methodologies across multiple channels for several Delaware North properties.

This role involves collaboration with our Digital Marketing teams, Marketing Managers, Operational Managers, and Marketing Executives to align search strategies with property goals and comprehensive marketing plans.

Compensation

Expected Maximum Base Salary:
$69,700 / year


In addition to the base salary, we provide an annual bonus plan based on individual and company performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

The salary range reflects our current expectations for this position.

In exceptional cases, where a candidate possesses qualifications that significantly exceed the job requirements, we may consider a higher salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing for various Delaware North properties, including travel campaigns on Expedia.
- Conduct research and create on-page SEO for new website developments and landing pages on existing sites.
- Evaluate organic rankings and apply on- and off-page SEO strategies to enhance overall site traffic.
- Manage business information while optimizing for SEO across multiple publisher networks.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all search channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead budget planning and daily management of expenditures.
- Drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for digital acquisition channels, including paid search, display, remarketing, video, and organic efforts.
- Assist in formulating the annual search marketing strategy across all Delaware North locations to support key business objectives.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, SEM, and data analysis.
- Required certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google My Business is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and analytics.
