Client Success Strategist

The Client Success Strategist plays a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing key account partnerships and relationship initiatives aimed at generating sales opportunities, particularly with our Kyklo product. This position is responsible for cultivating and managing alliances and opportunity pipelines while ensuring customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer onboarding through personalized visits and virtual sessions.
  • Enhance customer engagement with their end-users to advance their digital transformation journey.
  • Establish business relationships with Epicor partners to pinpoint third-party software integrators that assist customers in integrating Kyklo into their ERP systems.
  • Participate in trade shows alongside Epicor partners to generate leads and create new sales avenues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development and Product Marketing to create resources for Epicor partners to effectively introduce Epicor products.
  • Provide timely support for internal projects involving Epicor products to ensure successful solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback to Kyklo leadership regarding customer status and progress.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly with distributors, ERP systems, software project implementation, or change management.
  • Proactive in taking local initiatives to expedite customer progression, utilizing innovative thinking and cultural awareness to inspire action.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing relationships across the customer organization, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to establish strategic goals and metrics for each customer.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions and overall customer management.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and resilience.

Distinguishing Factors:

  • Proven track record of successfully deploying projects while integrating both internal and external stakeholders, transforming individuals into partners.
  • Willingness and capability to understand the technical aspects of the KYKLO SOM Platform, translating technical features into business processes while mastering the associated business benefits.
  • Familiarity with B2B customer support/management, with experience in software or ERP systems.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
