Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing our market footprint. You will connect with key healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies to establish and nurture valuable relationships, leveraging your expertise to influence prescribing patterns and elevate sales in both gastrointestinal and bariatric sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Surpass ambitious sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Data-Driven Approaches: Evaluate territory data and previous customer interactions to refine your outreach strategy and maximize impact.
  • Educate & Influence: Utilize your product knowledge to encourage prescribing behaviors and inform healthcare providers (HCPs) about the advantages of our medication in conjunction with leading treatments like Ozempic and Wegovy.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement a business strategy that leverages key resources and optimizes the effectiveness of in-office engagements.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Efficiently manage all administrative tasks and complete required Sales Training with excellence.
  • Compliance Adherence: Conduct all business activities in strict alignment with regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Sales Expertise: A proven track record with 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience is highly preferred. Specialized sales experience in Gastroenterology and Bariatric clinics is advantageous.
  • Industry Connections: Established relationships with Gastroenterology/Hepatology practices/HCPs and familiarity with specialty pharmacy networks are beneficial.
  • Strategic Understanding: Strong grasp of the payer landscape and experience in managing care criteria and product launch strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and superior organizational capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
