Position Overview
Delaware North is seeking an Email Marketing Relationship Strategist with a broad range of experience in email service providers or multi-channel platforms to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, refining our brand presence, and driving revenue growth through exceptional communication strategies.
This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, allowing for both remote and in-office collaboration.
Compensation
Anticipated Base Salary Range: $129,400 / year
Alongside the base salary, we provide an annual bonus plan that reflects both company and individual performance, as well as a role-specific, uncapped sales incentive plan. The stated pay range is our current assessment of what we are willing to offer for this position, with potential for higher compensation in exceptional cases where candidates possess qualifications that significantly exceed the job requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CRM team to consolidate email service providers into a unified multi-channel solution, pinpointing inefficiencies and automating repetitive tasks.
- Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring compliance with established procedures while managing a group of five email specialists, providing them with training and support on CRM systems and best practices.
- Align CRM strategies with organizational objectives by collaborating with internal teams and engaging with external partners.
- Lead integration efforts with other systems and tools, establishing workflows and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency while safeguarding data integrity.
- Create tailored reports and dashboards to deliver insights into sales and marketing performance, continuously evaluating data for trends and opportunities for improvement, while serving as the primary contact for platform-related inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics, as well as database management.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- A results-driven approach focused on enhancing customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
