Job Summary:

As an Account Specialist with Compass Group USA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
