Job Overview

Third Bridge is a leading investment research firm, providing integrated solutions for top investors and business leaders to inform their decision-making. As the new Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's L&D strategy, focusing on onboarding and manager development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for new joiners and managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand training needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Partner with the global L&D team and People Operations to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in L&D, with a focus on onboarding and manager development.
  • Strong understanding of commercial environments and the training challenges that come with them.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a global team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve L&D initiatives.
