We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Large Accounts, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50,000-99,999 employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using that knowledge to inform your sales approach and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of human resources technology and the ability to understand the needs of clients in this space.

  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of ADP's products and services, with a strong understanding of our sales process and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
