The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the retail location, ensuring effective management of staff and resources, exceptional customer service, and optimal merchandising practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all store operations, including staff supervision, policy enforcement, customer relations, and sales management.
- Ensure the retail environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked, enhancing sales through effective merchandising strategies.
- Oversee production processes, scheduling staff, and monitoring performance to meet production goals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in all areas of the store.
- Manage inventory flow, ensuring timely restocking and adherence to rotation schedules.
- Implement fair personnel practices in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and timely filling of vacancies.
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Supervise cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct orientation and training for new employees, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Availability for closing shifts and weekends

- Minimum of two years of management experience in a retail environment
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform medium lifting (up to 50 pounds), and engage in various physical activities throughout the workday.
