Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and other forms of payment, and maintain accurate records of sales and cash transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and verifying vendor deliveries, controlling merchandise, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Working Conditions

Work will be performed in a retail store environment, with occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures, occasional noise, and minimal supervision.
