Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
