Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
