Job Title: Sales and Service Representative

As a Sales and Service Representative at Ryan Villiger - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in helping customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance options and policies to meet customers' unique needs.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
  • Licensing required - Property and Casualty to start in a full-time role.
  • Experience managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers and build trust.
Compensation and Benefits:

$75,000.00 per year, with hourly base pay and commission, plus a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
