- Open Accounts and Support Bank Products: Assist clients with opening new accounts and provide support for other bank products and services.
- Identify Client Needs and Sell Products: Use your product knowledge and expertise to identify client needs and inform/sell products that meet those needs.
- Support the Teller Line: Assist the teller line as needed, providing support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with Loan Applications: Help clients with loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Support Dual Control Vault Responsibilities and Audit Controls: Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with On-the-Job Training: Support the training of new associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2-5 Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Background Check: As part of the employment process, you will be required to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
