• Oversee and coordinate multiple technical initiatives concurrently.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to outline project parameters, objectives, and deliverables.

• Guarantee the timely delivery of projects, adhering to defined scope and budget constraints.
• Recognize and address project risks and challenges proactively.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the technical viability and resource readiness for all initiatives.
• Promote ongoing enhancements in project management practices and frameworks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Coordinator or in a comparable position.
• Strong foundation in Java programming.
• Familiarity with web services and microservices architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills:
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other pertinent certifications.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
