Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to anticipate HR-related needs and opportunities, implementing and integrating HR strategies to support and enable the business, and advising leaders on people-related opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Proactively identify and address HR-related needs and opportunities, and develop solutions to support business growth and success
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deploy HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on people-related matters, including talent development, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Conduct analysis and provide data-driven insights to inform HR-related decisions and business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and business partners
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including strategic leadership and project management
- Strong demonstrated employee relations skills, including knowledge of performance improvement, corrective counseling, investigations, compensation, benefits, and change management
- Extensive knowledge and experience in state and federal employment laws
- Ability to listen, persuade, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Ability to be viewed as approachable and objective
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and manage complex issues in a diverse business environment
